- Full search and acquisition services usually have higher fees, either as a fixed amount or a higher percentage of the property price.
- Initial Costs: Many services require an initial engagement fee, often ranging from a few thousand dollars up to $4,000, which is sometimes deducted from the final success fee.
- Negotiable Fees: Some agencies offer negotiable fees, which can be adjusted based on the service complexity and client's preferences.
- Inclusive Fees: Certain services, like full search and acquisition, include retainer fees in their percentage-based charges.
Examples of Percentage-Based Fees:
